CTTF is providing supplemental financial aid to ethnic Tibetan children on the Tibetan Plateau and Himalayan regions.

Without the financial aid from CTTF, many bright young Tibetan students are unable to take advantage of government scholarships and obtain good jobs back home after the completion of their higher studies.
